1. Obtain an M.Ed degree through the Teacher Leader program
2. Increase student performance on Standardized Science Tests
3. Increase Graduation Rates at Milton-Union High School

Current Professional Development Activities:
1. Currently in the WSU Teacher Leader Program
2. Currently in a Physical Science Seminar through a joint grant at WSU and UD
3. Curriculum mapping/planning in the MU science department

Desired or Planned Professional Development Activities:
1. Continue with the WSU/UD Physical Science Seminar
2. Continue with the Teacher Leader Program
3. Find a Chemistry related seminar, possibly Miami University
4. Find a Life Science seminar, possibly Miami University
