Artifact Reflection

I. What is the artifact from this course?
The artifact I selected from EDL 775 is the Action Research Plan.

II. Why is this artifact selected?
The ARP is the only artifact that provides evidence of in-class research and data analysis.

III. What learning or understanding occurred through the selected artifact?
I learned how to phrase an educational research question, enact a small study, and analyze results.

IV. In what ways (personally and/or professionally) are you different as a result of this learning or understanding?
The most crucial understanding I have gained through this research is how simple it is to identify a problem and enact steps to improve the situation. Secondarily, I have learned that qualitative data is just as valuable as quantitative for classroom research.
